That is definitely my go-to stomp-comp for the Court. Because of the FLG, you don't technically need +bleed on the HEL and JES, but if he gets staked you'll regret not having it. Remember to have solo/finale on your bar. Otherwise simply pile as much damage on the fanatic as possible before he can cause you problems. If the VES gets staked, kill the stake ASAP. On the plus side, the leper makes killing the stake regularly, to keep folk off death's door, a lot easier.ĭon't forget to buy all the bandages and laudanum. You can buff a leper to insane damage, but he doesn't start paying himself back until turn 6, by which time most bosses are on their last legs anyway. There's probably a leper-based strategy as well, though I wouldn't know what it is. Then re-jigger your skills for specifically Fanatic killing. Pick a long mission so you can flee your first Fanatic battle, go back, and camp off the retreat stress. Stall the hell out of every battle in the dungeon so if you find the Fanatic you can go into it at full health and ~zero stress. ![]() ![]() Standard Ropedrink anti-CC Party: VES-JES-FLG-HEL. IMO the Fanatic is the hardest boss to kill without casualties and it's not even close. Normally lots of damage isn't important in DD, but on the fanatic your job is to kill him ASAP. NB: if you've killed the Fanatic he won't respawn until after you kill a CC boss and clear the infection. ![]()
